Fundamental Problems of High Voltages in the Fields of Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electrophysics,

Abstract

A detailed survey was made of those scientific and engineering problems in the field of high-voltage technology which the author feels should be studied and possibly solved within the 1966-1970 period. It covers the entire field from electrophysical processes in solid, liquid, and gaseous dielectrics, through electromagnetic effects and the high voltage problems in the field of physical equipment, to the problem of high voltages in power and electrical engineering.
