Lipid-Protein Layers on Solid Absorbents and Properties of Biomembranes (Lipoproteidyne Sloi na Tverdykh Nositelyakh i Svoistva Biomembran),

Abstract

The study of adsorbed enzyme properties serves not only as a method for modeling separate elements of biomembrane structure, but also as a general method for studying enzymes with regard to disposition of the active centers, the allosterile factors influencing the globule surface, the role played by deformation of the protein molecule, and other effects associated with enzyme activity changes.
