Abstract
In response to the requirements of the Main Administration for Geodesy and Cartography, since January 1969 the Economics Division of Central Scientific Research Institute of Geodesy, Aerial Photography, and Cartography has been working on developing a Sector for an Automated Control. The basic purpose of this sector is to improve enterprise and factory management with the use of electronic computers and mathematical economic methods, by mechanicizing and automating the collection, transmission, processing, and storage of information and information dissemination, as well as by automating the control over fulfillment of decisions adopted.
