A Small Computing Complex for Experimantal and Statistical Research,

Abstract

A description of a small size hybrid computer which can be used to solve a large number of research problems involving optimization and quantitative description of complex multivariable processes is given. The system of algorithms utilized in the computer is mathematically founded on statistical methods based on the results of an active experiment (factorial planning). The block diagram of the system is outlined, and some technical specifications are given for the analog, digital, converter, input, and readout subassemblies. (Author)
