Determination of Directional Spectra of Ocean Waves from Gage Arrays.

Abstract

Directional spectrum may be thought of as the distribution of wave energy with respect to frequency and direction. The development of a comprehensive and general procedure for determining directional spectra and its testing and application are discussed on this report. (Author)
