Abstract

The paper is concerned with the concepts, procedures and numerical estimates of national income and product, adopted and performed by the Central Statistical Administration of the Soviet Union. Section I deals with current accounting practices, Section II with the published data, and Section III summarizes some problem areas. (Author)
