How Shall We Employ the Technically Trained,

Abstract

The plight of the outmoded technical employee, particularly in the aerospace industry, is discussed. Suggestions are presented as to how the usefulness of these technical personnel can be extended through education and retraining incentives of industry and universities, and institutional commitment.
