Semiconductor Lasers.
Abstract
The bibliography on Semiconductor Lasers deals with the theoretical, as well as, the experimental studies of different lasing techniques. Discussion of injection lasers, diode lasers, electron beam lasers, etc., are represented. The references dealing exclusively and mainly with gallium compound lasers have in general been excluded since they appeared earlier. Included in this bibliography are Corporate Author-Monitoring Agency, Subject, and Title indexes. (Author)
