The ROLM 1601 Computer Qualification Test Report.
Abstract
The ROLM 1601 Computer was entered into qualification testing on 14 January 1971. Qualification testing included shipboard heat, temperature, humidity, salt spray, vibration, shock and surface examinations. In addition, aircraft temperature-altitude and high frequency vibration scans were successfully conducted. RFI and EMI testing was conducted by an independent laboratory, but the results are contained in this report. The specimen did not incur any major degradation during the tests, and it functioned normally before and after each test series. Accordingly, the ROLM 1601 Computer is considered qualified for shipboard installations. (Author)
