RADC Laser Propagation Program (for September 1971).

Abstract

The report summarizes the status of the in-house portion of the RADC Laser Propagation Program being conducted in support of ARPA/STO. Results are presented of theoretical predictions for the phase structure function for 10.6 micron laser radiation. Experimental data are given for phase structure function measurements for path lengths of 300 meters and a wavelength of 10.6 microns. Micrometeorological data are also presented for Ct and outer scale of turbulence. (Author)
