Precipitating Antigen in the Blood of Mice Infected with Arboviruses

Abstract

The possibility of using the reaction of the diffused precipitation in agar gel for the detection of virus (antigen) in the blood in experimental arbovirus infections was studied. In the result of the research of 12 arboviruses of group A, B and others, positive results were obtained with Semliki, Piksuna, Venezuelan Equine encephalomyelitis and Uukuniemi viruses.
