Survivable Flight Control System. Studies, Analyses and Approach.

Abstract

The Survivable Flight Control System (SFCS) Program is an advanced development program of which the principal objective is the development and flight test demonstration of an SFCS utilizing Fly-By-Wire and Integrated Actuator Package techniques. The studies and analyses conducted to date have sufficiently defined the system requirements to provide a definition of an approach to the implementation of the SFCS. The results of these studies and the definition of the approach are presented. (Author)
