The Development of a Task Inventory for Training Purposes for the Boilerman Rating.
Abstract
Research indicates that technical ratings, such as the Boilerman (BT) rating, can be defined in terms of a task inventory. It brings together in one organized reference the numerous requirements from many sources which affect and regulate this position. The inventory is suitable for training and testing purposes and, in addition, can serve as a prototype for the construction of task inventories for training purposes for other technical ratings.
