Memory Considerations in Stochastic Control Problems.

Abstract

The report investigates certain aspects of tradeoff between controller complexity and performance by considering controllers which may be easier to implement and (hence) more economical. Linear Zero-Memory Controllers are considered and their performance with respect to various indices is compared with that of Lienar Perfect Memory Controllers. (Author)
