Level Crossing Problems for Random Processes.

Abstract

In a variety of practical problems where random processes are at work, there is a need to characterize, in the statistical sense, their zero and level crossing behavior. The report presents a state of the art survey of the techniques and results available for the level crossing problem and others connected with it. (Author)
