Design of Electronic Circuitry for Solar Wind and Related Experiments.

Abstract

The material presented in this document represents the final technical report for the design of electronic circuitry for the magnetic storm and related experiments to be carried aboard the Magnetic Storm Satellite. The circuitry represented herein are those required for the conduct of experiments aboard satellite payloads which travel into deep space to study phenomenon related to the interaction of the solar plasma with the earth's magnetic field. These phenomena generally take place at distances more than 50,000 miles from earth thus dictating severe size and power strictures on the circuitry and payloads to allow for maximum booster capability.
