Frequency Spectrum Analysis of the Old River Control Structure Vibration,

Abstract

This miscellaneous paper summarizes the wave spectrum analysis of the Old River Control Structure vibration. Data from a number of accelerometers were analyzed over the frequency ranges of 0.25 to 4 cps and 4 cps to 14 cps. Structural displacements were calculated from these data. As mentioned in this paper, trip reports describing the field tests are available in the WES Hydraulic Analysis Branch files.
