Electrical Properties and Defect Chemistry of Aluminum Oxide.
Abstract
A summary of work done from December 1, 1968 - November 30, 1971 is given. It was attempted to determine the defect structure of Alpha Al2O3 at high temperatures by carrying out measurements of emf of concentration cells, high-temperature conductivity of pure and doped Al2O3, weight-change measurements, valency changes of cobalt in cobalt-doped Al2O3.
