Abstract

Modern military transport aviation is capable of delivering subunits and units to any point of the earth's surface, and in the minimum amount of time. Training exercises in which troops are airdropped with armament and equipment are described. Methods are shown for airdropping personnel, transport and combat vehicles, ammunition, and other items.
