Electrical Conductivity in Glasses and Glass-Metal Composites.

Abstract

Electrical properties of some semiconducting glasses (calcium phosphate, calcium borate, lead borate) containing iron and other transition metal oxides were studied. Interesting switching properties were discussed. Also some physical and mechanical properties of glass-aluminium composites were studied. (Author)
