A Stockage Criteria Model Applied to Army Supply Management. Volume I. Main Body and Appendix A.

Abstract

The Stockage Criteria Model represents the operation of current Army stockage rules. Based upon empirical demand data and appropriate probability distributions, it predicts stockage list size, demand accomodation, and list turbulence. Demand history files of the theater, command, or division under review, in conjunction with other files such as the Army Master Data File, permit calculation of the above noted outputs by materiel category and/or item manager.
