Increasing Reliability of Operation of Lubrication Systems of Modern High-Power Turbine Units,

Abstract

The commonest cause of lubrication problems on 300-800 MW turbo alternators is that the oil pressure falls to quickly when changing over from main to stand-by or emergency oil pumps. Detailed recommendations are made to avert this problem.
