Functional Analysis of the Personnel and Logistics Subsystems of the Post 1975 Air Force Component Command Post

Abstract

The report presents the functional analysis of the personnel and logistics subsystems of the Air Force Component Command Post (AFCCP) as projected to the Post-1975 time frame. Future reports will address the interfaces and information processing requirements of the personnel and materiel functions of the AFCCP staff. Limited experience and doctrine are available of the details of the concept of the AFCCP employed in a medium lower level conflict and in a fluid situation. Therefore, this report stresses the development of a detailed set of functions of the personnel and logistics staff.
