Solar Charger Kit (Experimental).

Abstract

The Solar Charger Kit was specifically developed to maintain the BB-501/U nickel-cadmium battery in service for the Integrated Observation System (IOS) AN/GVQ-10 when installed at remote observation post where no local power is available and supply replacements are frequently interdicted. The solar kit has broader application in any service wherever its output capacity is equal to the power demand. (Author)
