Abstract

The material presented in the document includes Geiger-Mueller tube count rates outside the magnetosphere as related to smoothed sunspot number, (2) differential solar proton spectra for the 23 May 1967 solar event and (3) the response of several instruments while crossing the magnetosphere boundary.
