A Translator with Basic Language of the Mnemocode Level,

Abstract

A description is given of a translator from the basic language level of the mnemocode, for which the output language is the command language of the M-20 computer. The translation process is divided into four phases, each of which is realized by the appropriate port of the translator, which operates independently of the other parts, the communication between which is accomplished through information blocks, and the translation program into intermediate languages. For introducing changes into the initial program, a special language and appropriate program have been developed. The various units of the translator are described. (Author)
