The Electromagnetic Properties of Condensed Matter.

Abstract

The effect of impurities on thermal and electromagnetic properties of superconductors, phonon spectra, electron-phonon interactions, Fermi surfaces and electron energy bands, electron relaxation times and spin interactions were studied in normal and superconducting metals. The report very briefly lists the results from the research. Among the techniques used were electron tunneling, quantum oscillatory phenomena, spin and cyclotron resonance, galvanomagnetic and thermomagnetic methods. Impurity states in insulators were explored by ENDOR techniques. (Author)
