Three-Dimensional Electrical Analogy Seepage Model Studies. Appendix A: Flow to Circular Well Arrays Centered Inside a Circular Source, Series G.

Abstract

The design and construction of a three-dimensional electrical analogy model by the U. S. Army Engineer Waterways Experiment Station (WES) were authorized in July 1959 by the U. S. Army Engineer Division, Lower Mississippi Valley. A description of the model and initial test results are contained in the main report. Tests were conducted, following the recommendations of the main report, to determine the shape factors and potential distributions associated with fully and partially penetrating single wells arranged in a circular array. This appendix contains the results of those tests, and has been published in loose-leaf form for insertion in the main report.
