Data Analysis of an Inventory Ordering Rules Test,

Abstract

Data generated during a service test of an inventory levels model developed by the (Logistics Management Institute and Fleet Material Support Office were statistically analyzed to provide a quantitative basis for evaluating the model for possible implementation at secondary Naval Air Stations. The report contains the results of a comparison, including statistical significance tests, between inventory management information generated by the present model and the model tested. (Author)
