Magnetoelastic Sensitivity of Thin Film Memory Elements,

Abstract

The magnetoelastic effects usually occuring in thin magnetic films used as memory elements are presented. The great importance of the magnetoelastic sensitivity as a thin film parameter is pointed out. The paper deals with the estimation of plated wire magnetoelastic sensitivity applied as memory elements. (Author)
