Development of an RF-4C Refueling Training Program from Computer-Based Systems Data.

Abstract

The report describes the development of a systems approach to RF-4C air refueling training. The primary objective of the effort was to develop an instructional plan, or blueprint, using a format which facilitates the utilization of existing computer-based task data by training personnel. The training plan was developed for use by Tactical Air Reconnaissance Center instructor personnel in training RF-4C aircrews to effectively perform KC-135 air refueling requirements. (Author)
