Concerning the Solution of Linearized Equations of Magnetohydrodynamics with the Help of Fourier Transforms,

Abstract

The generalized method of Lighthill, based on multidimensional Fourier transforms, is used to study a compressible plasma with dissipative effects. This method can be used for studying magnetohydrodynamic waves in different configurations. (Author)
