A Method for Increasing the Reliability and the Economy of Digital Control Means,

Abstract

The article contains a description of a method of improving the realibility and economy of digital control devices by realizing arithmetic and logical operations in a full-current memory containing a set of logical cells. The principle of constructing the logical cells is investigated. These cells, just as the memory cells of a memory circuit, operate with full currents. They have common address and discharge circuits, identical ferrite cores with respect to type and size and, correspondingly, identical amplitude remagnitization characteristics with them. They also have a broad range of stable operation. An example of realization of the addition operation is presented. (Author)
