Friction Reversible Ball Toroid Speed Regulator,

Abstract

The friction reversible ball-toroid speed regulator, made in accordance with the planetary coaxial scheme, is distinguished in that, for the purpose of broadening the speed control range and increasing the transmitted torque, the satellites are spring-loaded in a radial direction, the central wheel of internal toothing is installed so that it is mobile in axial direction relative to the housing, and the pinion carrier is connected to the driven shaft.
