Error Estimation for Parabolic Differential Equations,

Abstract

In this note the author makes some comments regarding solutions z(s,y) of the explicit partial parabolic differential equation (DE) under certain boundary conditions. The goal is the acquisition of estimates of a general distance (x,y,z,v), from the solutions z of given equation, of an approximate solution v of a DE which neighbors the given equation. Uniqueness criteria arise when the given equation and the neighboring DE coincide. (Author)
