A Study of Low-Level Wind and Temperature Profiles as a Function of Stability in the Surface Boundary Layer.

Abstract

Log-power wind and temperature profiles obtained from mean hourly data at each of two micrometeorological data collection stations were investigated dor stability variations. A random sample of diurnal and seasonal profiles was chosen through selection of four simultaneous 24-hr periods of data from the recorded observations of the two stations (eight 24-hr periods).
