Computational and Experimental Plasma Physics for Theoreticians.

Abstract

The report discusses how a theoretician can actively participate in both computational and experimental plasma physics, avoiding both the tiresome book-keeping associated with conventional programming and the technical complexities of hardware. The author describes the currently operating, on-line mathematical facilities, discusses the experimental devices, and shows some illustrative problems. (Author)
