Synthesis and Characterization of Oxotetrakis-(fluorosulfato)tungsten(VI).

Abstract

The report describes the reaction when tungsten hexacarbonyl and peroxydisulfuryl difluoride are contacted at -183C and then allowed to warm slowly to room temperature. The two substances react to give oxotetrakis(fluorosulfato)tungsten(VI), WO(SO3F)4. (Author)
