Blast Wave Turbulent Boundary Layers.

Abstract

Turbulent boundary layers induced by the flow fields generated by plane, cylindrical, and spherical Taylor-Sedov blast waves are studied using a two-thickness integral method. The method involves the use of the momentum integral and energy integral equations together with a similarity requirement which reduces the number of independent variables from three to one.
