Cryogenic Mass Flowmeter.

Abstract

The report covers work performed on a cryogenic linear momentum mass flowmeter. The meter consists, primarily, of an oscillating dragbody with signal conditioning electronics. The meter theory and design are covered in detail, with design and performance criteria given. Flow tests were conducted in Stoddard solvent (room temperature) and liquid hydrogen (40R), demonstrating the meter with a 10/1 density change. (Author)
