Fortran Subroutines for Conversion of CalComp Plot Programs to Gerber-Plotter Magnetic-Tape Output.

Abstract

A previous memorandum report (NRL 2299, Computer Bulletin 23) described Fortran subroutines that converted a program written for the on-line CalComp plotter of the NRL CDC-3800 computer into a punched paper tape for operation of the Gerber Model 875 Automatic Drafting Machine. The present report describes a modification of those subroutines to output a magnetic tape instead of paper tape. This output tape is used as input to the newly acquired Gerber Model M-12 Micro-Logic Buffered Magnetic Tape Converter for the Model 875 plotter. (Author)
