Fredholm Resolvent in the Optimization of Linear Systems with State and Control Retardations.
Abstract
Basically, the report has extended results obtained for linear time delay systems with quadratic cost. The Fredholm resolvent theory was shown to be a versatile tool in solving quadratic control problems with time delay system constraints. (Author)
