A Spectrum of New Experiments to Investigate Alkali Metal Chemistry in the E Region

Abstract

The report discusses in general the chemistry of alkali metals in the upper atmosphere and the relationship between the E Region metal chemistry and alkali metal chemistry. A discussion on the merit of performing various experiments to investigate E Region metal (alkali metals and metal ions) chemistry is presented.
