Low-Energy Electron Diffraction of Surfaces Pertaining to Aerospace Needs.

Abstract

The report describes the accomplishments of the research effort supported by the above Grant. The effort was directed toward detailed understanding of the scattering of low-energy electrons by solid surfaces, thus paving the way toward the solution of the surface-structural problem. Lists of oral presentations and of publications in scientific journals are provided. (Author)
