Abstract
The book reviews the testing of automotive fluid drives as an entity and of their basic assemblies including torque converters. A description is given of the testing methods, the testing equipment, and the laboratory in which tests were conducted. Characteristics are provided of the fluid drives and their assemblies as obtained during the testing and finishing process. The book is intended for engineer-technical workers engaged in designing, testing, and finalizing automotive fluid drives. (Author)
