Abstract
The broad objective of the research is to determine the feasibility of including non-technical as well as technical factors of the work situation in maintaining a currently adequate Navy enlisted occupational classification structure. The purpose of this report is to supplement and amplify previous reports as well as to present consideration of applicability to naval manpower management. It includes a summary of primary aspects of previous reports and technical accounts of phases of the research not previously published. (Author)
