Abstract

The report presents the results of a condition survey performed at Loring AFB in July 1965. A layout of the airfield pavements is shown in fig. 1. The major areas of interest in this condition survey were as follows: The performance and conditions of the flexible pavements relative to usage and predicted life or design requirements; The maintenance methods used and the effectiveness of the maintenance work.
