Modulation Effects in the Cosmic Ray Intensity and their Dependence on Sunspot Number 10.7 CM Radio Flux and Geomagnetic Activity,

Abstract

The 27-day recurrency in the galactic cosmic ray intensity and its dependence on sunspot number, 10.7 cm radio flyx and geomagnetic activity has been studied through the years 1958-1969. In 1966-67 a strong periodic correction is found between the solar activity and the cosmic ray intensity. The geomagnetic activity and the cosmic ray intensity are found to be strongly related both at solar maximum and solar minimum of activity. (Author)
