The Question of the Amplification of a Photocurrent in Single-Crystal Semiconductor Photoresistors with Neutral Contacts,

Abstract

The report describes the stationary distribution of photogenerated carriers and the photocurrent amplification factor for a uniform semiconductor crystal with neutral contacts with a uniform photogeneration of the electron-hole pairs with respect to volume and arbitrary value D. It is assumed that the semiconductor is extrinsic and contains levels of recombination, on which the capture cross-sections of electron and holes are different and do not depend on E. (Author)
