Complex Immunization of Piglets against Aujeszky's Disease, Plague and Erysipelas (Kompleksnaya Immunizatsiya Porosyat Protiv Bolezni Aueski, Chumy i Rozhi),

Abstract

In the problems dealing with Aujeszky's disease, plague, and Erysipelas the effectiveness of multiple immunization was researched with the following results: (1) The complex application of virus vaccine against Aujeszky's disease, and anti-plague virus vaccine from strain K and vaccine against Erysipelas from strain VR2 results in a simultaneous formation of strong immunity to Aujeszky's disease, plague and Erysipelas. (2) Evidence as to the harmfulness and immuniological effectiveness of complex immunization using live vaccines against Aujeszky's disease and Erysipelas for suckling piglets was found. (Author)
